Travis Everette, Director of the Pan School of Real Estate

Travis Everette, Director

Travis Everette has been involved in real estate in North Carolina at almost every conceivable level.

As a North Carolina Real Estate Commission approved instructor, he has educated many of the current generation of brokers in the state. Having produced a hugely popular series of YouTube lectures used by more than 150,000 licensees across the country, he was named the 2017 North Carolina Instructor of the year and is the 2nd ever recipient of the North Carolina Real Estate Commission's "Larry A. Outlaw Excellence in Real Estate Education" award. He has also helped hundreds of buyers and sellers throughout the years in both residential and commercial transactions. His philosophy of real estate is quite simple...under-promise and over-deliver.

Travis is a life-long resident of North Carolina. After growing up in Tarboro, NC, he attended the University of North Carolina and then worked in the athletic department there for several years. He began his real estate career in residential brokerage in Chapel Hill and has been a Triangle resident since 1996. He lives in Cary, but you can always find him in Chapel Hill on game-day!

Joe is a graduate of St John's University in New York and has an MBA in Finance. He has worked in real estate as a Broker and as a Broker-In-Charge in both the Triangle and Eastern North Carolina. Prior, Joe worked as an agent for real estate firms in Florida.

Being technically savvy has helped him in the real estate business with the shift to the use of numerous computer "tools" for the Realtor and the increasing use of the Internet by the public.

Further, Joe has taught technical courses at the corporate level, Adult Education, GED and as a substitute teacher and tutor at the K to 12 level. Looking back on his varied career, Joe says the most satisfying has been teaching.

Bob Castner, Instructor

Bob Castner, Instructor

Bob Castner is a graduate of Ohio University in Athens, OH with a B.S. in Education. After graduating, he went on to have a successful career as a teacher in the Ohio public school system for an impressive 31 years.

For some, that would have been enough - however, that's not Bob's whole story. For more than 40 years, he worked outside of the public school system as a Real Estate Broker, including 12 years as an appraiser. Eventually, he decided to combine his extensive knowledge of the Real Estate industry with his passion for teaching, and at the time of publishing, has taught Real Estate courses for 30 years.

Bob now lives in beautiful Fuquay Varina, NC.
